Upper Captiva Beachfront Rental is privately owned and managed by property owner Lisa Hardiman.

Located directly on the beach in Upper Captiva, this luxurious home is newly-decorated and features four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and a spacious upper deck, which is perfect for reading, dining or simply relaxing!

The large living/dining area is furnished with two large comfortable sofas, two beautifully upholstered chairs, Internet connection and a 61" rear-projection television, complete with satellite TV service. The dining area has a table that will easily accommodate 6-8 guests for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner!

The kitchen is equipped with brand-new appliances, marble countertops and plenty of dishes, pots, pans and any other amenity you will need for cooking while on vacation! The marble bar is a perfect for spot for having hors d'oeuvres and cocktails before enjoying a sunset meal in the dining room or on the adjacent upper deck. A gas grill is also included with this rental property.

Upper Captiva Beachfront Rental is always stocked with freshly laundered towels and sheets. Beach chairs and other amenities, including a golf cart, are also included.

You will have access to two private clubs while staying at this property, North Captiva Island Club, which features basketball, a kids' playground, kayak & bike rentals and more, and Safety Harbor Club, which offers both tennis courts and a pool.

Traveling to Captiva by boat!? We have two docks for your convenience where you may dock and keep your boat during your stay on the island.
